So Cal Chapter of RCI, Inc. is a Chapter of a non-profit international association of professional roof consultants some of whom are architects and engineers. RCI Professional Members specialize in the design, specification and often Quality Assurance of roof systems. From low-slope to steep roofs to below-grade or decks, RCI has a local member-expert for every type of roofing or waterproofing system in the world today. This expertise includes the entire building envelope from roofs, to walls, to foundations. RCI members can provide consulting services to virtually any kind of project including: commercial, industrial, public works, homeowner associations, residential and even forensic/expert witness services.
